Shipping policy

All items are handmade. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships (not including weekends or holidays).

Custom orders may require additional time. If so, you’ll be notified upon purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We currently ship within:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email or text with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

After your order is handed to the carrier, T’s Twisted Creations & Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If an issue occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

However, if you need help locating your package, reach out, I’m always happy to assist where I can!
